Do I need an appointment?
Booking an appointment is necessary so we can dedicate a bridal consultant and fitting room to you and provide you with our undivided attention. We don’t accommodate walk-ins at this time. Appointments can be booked either on-line or by phone at (201) 444-1500.
What does a stylist appointment involve?
Our trained stylists work with you to find the gown that is both perfect for your body shape, your personality and your location. Our expertise is something we are known for. We also hope to make your experience a fun and relaxing one.
How long are bridal appointments?
We work one-on-one with you and will never rush your experience! Most people spend about 1.5 hours trying on and falling in love!
Why do you recommend to book a virtual appoitment first?
It’s a great time to connect with us virtually to learn what to expect during your upcoming in-person appointment, browse our dress inventory, or to follow up on a previous consultation. The Virtual Consultation appointment offers you to meet with our bridal specialist at your convenience.
Simply visit our appointment scheduler and select a time slot for the Virtual Consultation appointment type to meet with our bridal specialist at your convenience. After booking your consultation, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the details you need to connect.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Let’s keep each other safe. Masks are required, and we’ll be wearing them, too.
What are the safety rules is your store?
We are operating at a smaller capacity so we can keep our brides, their guests, and our staff safe—and create a more intimate experience for you. Check-in at reception remains contactless, and hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the store for your convenience. Our store is designed to keep every bridal party conveniently away from each other. Masks are required all the time.
What do we need to know before you come?
We want you to get the most out of your time with us, and tailor your appointment specifically for you, we like to have a chat before you come in. That starts us on the path of learning about you and your wedding plans. Our feedback from this process is that it is an awesome start to the exceptional experience we aim to give. We will only talk for as long as you want.
How many people can I bring?
Due to capacity requirements, our capacity limits have changed. As a bride, you can bring 2-3 most important people to you, who know you well and can help you to make a decision. MOB/MOG can bring one guest. If you are coming for an alteration, you can bring one guest.
What should I bring with me?
Bring the people most important to you, an open mind, and a vision for your wedding day! We recommend wearing comfortable undergarments and strapless bra, nude or light-colored is the best.
Can I bring kids to the store?
We can’t accommodate any kids/babies at this time. A Bridal Salon is not a safe place for children due to loose pins, beads, and breakable items.
Can I get a bridal gown if my wedding is within 6 months?
Yes, we have some designers that offer rush fees, or keep dresses in stock so that they are available in a quick timeline if we need to order for a bride. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you have a shorter timeline for your wedding.
What is the price range of gowns in your store?
Bridal gowns in our store range $1,200 to $5,000.
Bridesmaid gowns in our store range $180 to $300
Mother of Occasion Gowns range $400 to $1,200

Do you offer bridesmaids and Mother of the bride/groom dresses?
Yes! We love helping you with your full bridal party! If you are Aleana’s Bride, you also get discounts for your bridesmaids and mom’s dresses!
What is a trunk show?
Trunk Shows are special events in our store in which Designers send us their latest gowns and we have wider selection of dresses available from a certain designer for a limited time.
What about if my gown needs alterations?
Every gown needs some kind of alterations. You can do it with us or take a dress to your own seamstress.
How many fittings do I need?
Usually, it takes no more than 2-3 fittings to make your gown fit you perfectly. If you doing any customizations you might need an extra fitting.
Should I have my gown preserved after the wedding?
We partner with a high-end gown cleaning and preservation service. We highly recommend preservation to keep the beauty of your gown and to prevent discoloration.
